Good time to change it for sure, I would use Amsoil multi vehicle for that extra bit of protection as well. I changed my girlfriends 2015 Cruze as recommended by another outpatient in this forum, by removing the drivers side wheel and disconnecting the transmission return line right there as it goes back into the tranny case (a couple of inches just above the drive shaft), it just pops out
